Charming fisherman’s house in the city center, 100 meters from the marina. Étaples-sur-mer is 5 kilometers from Le Touquet, 5 minutes from exit 26 of the A16 motorway and near the beaches of the Côte d’Opale “Opal Coast” (Le Touquet, Hardelot, Sainte Cécile …). The house overlooks two streets; this offers the possibility of renting by the yard (very convenient for bicycles and courses). Many circuits and places of visit.
The house of 70 m² comprises on the ground floor: 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 closed courtyard with dependency, 1 WC. On the 1st floor, 1 landing serving: 2 rooms among which 1 big and 1 small, 1 room of bath with shower and window, 1 WC. Possibility of teleworking thanks to the offices in the rooms.
